In North Carolina we have The Piggly Wiggly which is a small town grocery store that offers all kinds of sales and promotions. Another favorite grocery store is Harris Teeter. At this grocery store they offer their VIC card which will have savings already on it and you can use that with your coupons. The next major grocery store in North Carolina is Food Lion. There coupon policy isn't as strict as Piggly Wiggly or Harris Teeter but they do accept internet coupons but no coupons on phones or tablets. Read their policy below.
